As former LA City players and coaches, we saw far too many talented student-athletes fail to realize their full potential beyond high school graduation. We wanted to create an organization that celebrated these students' athletic accomplishments while also providing support to help them achieve long-term success in life. This vision gave rise to Man Coverage Foundation. In addition to highlighting top LA City athletes through an annual all-star game, we developed robust mentoring and internship programs to connect students with caring professionals. Our goal is to let every student-athlete know they have so much to oer the world beyond sports. Through Man Coverage Foundation, we are building a community dedicated to empowering young people from the city section to pursue their dreams and thrive for many years after their playing days end.

Dexter Levy, a proud Los Angeles native, has built a career that spans athletics, corporate leadership, and mentorship. After earning a full athletic scholarship to the University of Southern California, he faced setbacks that redirected his path from professional football to success in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. His journey through various industries—from beverages to pharmaceuticals—shaped his ability to connect, lead, and inspire.

Recognizing the need for guidance among young people, Dexter founded the Man Coverage Foundation, a mentorship-driven organization dedicated to helping youth navigate life’s challenges. Focused on character building, career development, and life skills, the foundation provides support through education, athletics, and the arts. By partnering with professionals across industries, Man Coverage ensures young people receive the knowledge, resources, and confidence needed to succeed.

Dexter’s commitment to his community and passion for youth development continue to drive the foundation’s mission—offering direction, removing distractions, and creating pathways for the next generation to thrive.
